Use this page to ask us to delete your account and personal data. This works from the app or the website, signed in or not.
What happens
Your profile, sign-in details, farm records and photos are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
If you own a farm, deleting your account removes that farm's data for everyone on it. Export what you need first.
Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, payments and cooperative ledgers, are kept for the legal period without your sign-in, then removed. A cooperative you belong to may keep its own records of your membership.
